Tentative fall classes include The Politics of the Nuclear Arms Race, led by Ada Sanchez and Norman Solomon; Israel/Palestine, Current Issues, coordinated by Terry Anderson, with guest speakers including Palestinians and members of New Jewish Agenda; a class on Central America, with speakers from the Portland Central America Solidarity Committee: Christianity and Social Change, led by Phil Harder; and Introduction to Democratic Socialism, with members of Democratic Socialists of America.
